More About Me

Hello everyone! I am Karen Padilla. I am a registered nurse going on for 9 years. I am a PCOS coach expert and I specialize in women's fertility and symptom management.

​It is my passion to help women  with PCOS after suffering myself from PCOS for more than 15 years. At the beginning of my diagnosis I didn't give it a second thought. However, when it was time to conceive, I couldn't ignore it anymore. I felt defeated and heartbroken. Everyone was starting their families and I couldn't. I saw many physicians which advised me to lose weight, get on metformin and birth control, which I did. But still i could not conceive. It wasn't until I did my own research and tried the holistic approach that I was able to finally get pregnant and have my baby boy.

​I am here to support women whether that is on their PCOS fertility journey or simple wanting to take action to better their health and PCOS symptoms. Together, we can make a difference in our own lives.​​​
